What are Aurora London points?
Aurora London points is our new loyalty rewards programme. It’s a way to say thank you to our amazing community by offering you the chance to earn points when you shop, on your birthday or when you refer us to friends. You can then choose to spend these on your favourite Aurora London goodies.
How do I join?
If you already have an account with us, you are automatically enrolled - simply log in via the Rewards button (bottom of the screen) and you’ll start earning rewards with your next shop. If you don’t have an account yet, then simply sign up via the same button. Don’t forget to add your birth date so we can send you a special treat on your big day! Make sure you enter your birthday at least 30 days in advance to receive birthday points.
How do I earn Aurora London points?
You will earn 10 points each time you spend £1 with us. When you’ve earned 500 points you can redeem a voucher code for £10 off your next order. You can also currently earn money off for referring your friends to us. If you add your birth date, we will also create a special discount voucher to help celebrate your special day. Don't forget to enter your birthday at least 30 days in advance to receive birthday points! All vouchers can be accessed via the Rewards panel on our Home Page,
Will the points expire?
No, the points will not expire and will keep building up so you can choose to either spend them each time you get to £10 or to save them up for a bigger discount.
Can I use the points with another offer/promo code?
The points will be redeemed in the form of a voucher code so can’t be used in conjunction with another code.
How do I refer a friend?
Log in to the Rewards panel and you’ll see a URL to copy and share with your friends as well as links to share via other channels. When a friend shops with us for the first time via your link and spends over £50, you will receive a 15% discount voucher and your friend will also receive a 15% voucher off their purchase. There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer, so get sharing!
