Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order.

At Aurora, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our luxury leather handbags. Each bag is meticulously crafted to meet the highest standards of excellence. We are proud to offer a one-year warranty with every purchase. The warranty starts from the date of purchase.
Exclusions and Disclaimer
- Sale items cannot be repaired or replaced
- We do not offer cleaning or refurbishing of your Aurora bag
- Dye transfer and colour fading are not covered by the warranty
- Faulty items must be declared within 7 days of receiving the product
- Bags showing signs of excessive wear and tear will not be eligible for warranty claims
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase to make a claim

Shipping and returns
We currently ship worldwide excluding the following countries:
- India
- Russia
- South Africa
- Ukraine
All orders will be shipped fully tracked with premium couriers; FedEx, DPD, or DHL.
All orders will be delivered duties and taxes paid.

All orders placed before 1pm (GMT) Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day.
If you haven't received your order within the expected delivery date, please contact our customer care team at customercare@aurora-london.com with your order details and we will do our best to assist you.
We are happy to accept returns for products that are unused with the tags still attached, and in their original condition and packaging, within 30 days of the delivery date.
All orders can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, in their original condition and packaging, including dustbags.
To initiate a return please contact us at customercare@aurora-london.com, we will cover the cost of all UK returns with a pre-paid label. For international returns, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
We will process all refunds within 2-4 working days of receiving the return.
